COORDINATION
As casting directors and talent buyers for live events, we primarily serve clients throughout the New York Tri-State area and Tennessee, partnering with private and corporate clients, production companies, venues, and event planners to deliver top-tier performers tailored to each project’s unique needs.
Our flexible, on-demand model allows production companies and venues to access expert talent coordination without the expense of adding a full-time salary to their team—helping save thousands annually while providing professional casting support whenever it’s needed.
From musicians and dancers to models, specialty acts, celebrity performers, brand ambassadors, and more, we manage the entire casting process from talent sourcing to coordination, allowing your team to focus on the bigger picture.

Native Manor Artists (NMA) is Native Manor’s à la carte artist services division, created to provide strategy, structure, and industry support for artists, entrepreneurs, and businesses. We help our clients build a strong foundation tailored to their unique goals. Through straightforward, proven strategies, we help artists navigate the challenges of the industry, refine their professional presence, and gain the tools and confidence needed to put their best foot forward as they pursue new opportunities.
Through brand development, consulting, and creative support, NMA helps clients better position themselves and navigate their next steps with an industry-informed perspective.
From our signature service, Brand Assessments, to strategy planning, professional materials, digital support, and creative consulting, NMA provides customized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
We host a variety of free community events, monthly blogs, exclusive mixers, workshops, and power hours—available both remotely and in person.
LIVE
EVENTS 3.
Native Manor Live brings together artists, industry professionals, and emerging talent across a variety of genres and formats. Our events create opportunities for industry professionals to scout talent and for artists to connect with the people who can help change their careers.
Heavy Hitters & Co. is Nashville’s elite writers’ round, featuring hit songwriters, extraordinary vocalists, and rising stars. Artists take the stage together to perform their original songs while sharing the stories and inspiration behind the music.
This is not a beginner round. These writers and vocalists stand out above the rest and many have songs you've heard on the radio! We don’t call them Heavy Hitters for nothing.
The Heavy Hitters brand offers spin-off shows including Heavy Hitters Supper Club (coming soon) and Heavy Hitters Alternative (focused on artists in the alternative rock space and giving a voice to different genres in Music City.
Big Daddy Showcase is the sister event to Heavy Hitters. This full-band showcase gives bands the opportunity to showcase what separates a singer from a performer. Each act receives 20 minutes to bring their Big Daddy chops and prove why they are the Big Daddys in town.
The Big Daddy brand offers spin-off shows including Big Daddy Riot Room, focused on the alternative and heavy music space, and Big Daddy Brunch.
