It's important to be aware of your substance use and seek help if needed. Networking events or meetings may involve alcohol. However, it's okay to say no or order a mocktail if you don't want to drink. Your choices are your own and you don't have to explain them to anyone else.

Stay grounded and realistic: Recognize that things unfold when you're truly prepared. Although the desire for instant results may be strong, consider that there might be additional lessons to learn along the way. Personally, I hold the belief that what is meant for you will not pass you. So, take a deep breath and acknowledge that you are precisely where you need to be. If the current situation feels unsettling, explore alternative approaches. Resist the temptation to compare yourself to others; social media often showcases only the polished aspects of life, and it's crucial to understand that everyone faces challenges that might not be evident.
